OUR CLIENT IS A GROWING IGAMING COMPANY BASED IN MALTA THAT OPERATES SEVERAL ONLINE GAMING BRANDS. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A SWEDISH SPEAKING BINGO OPERATIONS COORDINATOR TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM.
The Bingo Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations team for the Bingo product as well as managing operations for the product into new markets.
- Managing the operations team (Bingo & Games) for Bingo and the workflow of the Bingo Chat executive team
- Overseeing the management and optimization of the bingo schedule across 10+ bingo rooms to ensure a market leading player experience and ensuring competitiveness as well as maximum profit
- Maximizing profitability of all mini games across the Bingo product through site placement and promotional optimization
- Managing Jackpot liabilities across the bingo, mini games product portfolio and ensuring that JP’s are promoted in an optimized way on site for maximum player return
- Working closely with the product delivery team, NYX and third parties to ensure that the bingo and games product are always market leading with best in breed products and superior user experience and playability across all devices
- Work closely with the Bingo portal and creative teams to ensure that the portal roadmap delivers a market leading customer experience
- Work with other teams on partnership deals and brand extensions and on the bingo from a product development perspective
- Responsible in making sure that the bingo brands social media is used to help promote the bingo brands
- You will be a member of the bingo management team and will be a key contributor to formulating and delivering its strategy and to meeting its commercial and budgeted objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- The daily operational management of all bingo and games products on Bingo
- Accountable for daily management of the Bingo and mini games product margin
- Daily/weekly/periodic KPI analysis to optimize performance
- Responsible for tracking and reporting of any business threats that may impact on the P&L including competitor, market and legislative developments
- Working with NYX to deliver a market leading product offering both on web and mobile
- Manage and oversee Chat management team to ensure team are delivering high quality player experience
- Identify and drive development of product roadmap across bingo and mini games portfolio
- Update and make sure that the websites are updated and managed
- 4-5 years of online bingo/games
- Experience of effectively managing and developing people
- Budget management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to formulate and present a business case and business plan to a diverse audience
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Swedish language proficiency
- Experience of working in an environment across brands, teams and functions and with third party software providers.
