Campaign Manager

Our client is currently looking for an experienced CRM professional to join their Customer Marketing team in Malta as Campaign Manager.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating retention promotions to our fast growing database
  • Managing multiple promotion calendars for different brands
  • Optimising communication send-outs (e-mail, SMS)
  • Guiding the Campaign Coordinators and making sure that tasks are prioritised correctly and ensure quality delivery within deadlines
  • Setting up bonus campaigns in our back office
  • Cooperating with our Life cycle manager when it comes to planning and coordinating multi channel, segmented lifecycle campaigns, with a strong focus on the customer acquisition, retention and reactivation journeys
  • Collaborate with our content, design and development teams on a daily basis
  • Making sure that campaigns do not overlap and customers are targeted with the relevant offer
  • Creating manuals and training new team members
  • Ability to analyse the data, provide solid reporting, and support the team in best offers and practices. Share learnings with the team and management
  • Utilize customer list management skills for A/B testing, segmentation, and the development of opportunities to discover best marketing practices within each customer segment
  • Ability to understand and report on deliverability and inboxing and make tactical day-to-day decisions as well as long term strategies based on ISP and ESP changes in the industry
  • Perform quality control checks on email campaigns to ensure stability of templates across client/browser/device combinations
  • Assist in the development of and monitoring of automated programs

Requirements:

  •  +3 years’ CRM experience preferably within iGaming
  • Higher education/academic degree
  • Experience with email service and sms providers required
  • Experience with setting up email tests, bonuses, campaigns
  • Good understanding of quantitative data analysis and statistics
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and capable of manipulating data sets
  • Strong written communication skills
  •  Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Must be flexible and able to handle changes in priorities
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills via face to face and electronic formats
  • Ability to partner with different teams and departments within the organization
  • Strong in analysis and measurement of email campaign success and segmentation
  • Excellent English communication skills
