Who we are looking for:
You will currently be an existing CTO with experience of fast-paced growth within dynamic cultures that require versatility and accountability. Alternatively, you could be an existing Team Leader or Development Manager looking for that step up in responsibility and an opportunity to make your mark and establish your name in the market.
You will, of course, have a sound technical background and have hands-on, first-hand experience of coding and developing online casino games or similar. We won’t bore you with loads of technical terminology, you know what skills, expertise and coding languages we need. What you will have is a willingness to take ownership of the entire games development projects quickly. This will be combined with an ability to motivate, excite and influence a new team and to translate effectively the organisational vision in terms of what players are looking for and what really makes a difference form a customer/user experience perspective.
As a personality, you will have a zest about your manner, you will have a natural disposition to delight and engage people and to create excitement within your working environment.
Rewards to attract the very best, ideal start date would be January 2019 to undertake a handover from an outsourced development team. The role will require travel between Barcelona and Malta and other European destinations. You need to be a confident hiring manager and be able to work collaboratively to pull a new team together.
